Wedding Day Coordination: Ceremony + Reception

  • Full-Day Support: Up to 12 hours of consecutive on-site coordination, plus a dedicated day-of assistant for 8 hours, ensuring your wedding flows seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Vendor Management: We oversee all vendor arrivals, setup, payments, and special requests.
  • Ceremony Assistance: From directing guests, bridal party, and musicians/DJ to distributing bouquets and boutonnieres, we ensure your ceremony flows perfectly and looks beautiful.
  • Reception Oversight: Every detail of your reception is managed, including tables, chairs, linens, seating plans, décor, centrepieces, cake table, and more—set exactly to your specifications.
  • Smooth Flow: We cue the MC and/or DJ to keep the timeline on track, from introductions and first dance to speeches, cake cutting, and parent dances, so your celebration flows seamlessly.
  • Gift & Décor Care: We secure all gifts and pack up personal décor items, giving you peace of mind that nothing is lost or forgotten.
  • Guest Support: We manage all day-of logistics and assist guests as needed, so you and your loved ones can fully enjoy every moment.

Investment: $2,500*

  • $500 non-refundable deposit due upon signing of the contract
  • $2,000 balance due at the rehearsal or on the wedding day

Designed for couples leading the planning process who want a trusted professional to tie everything together for a stress-free, unforgettable wedding day. This package includes full-day coordination, along with a personalized Wedding Day Itinerary, to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. 


Detail Meetings & Site Visit

  • Initial detail meeting: 6 - 8 weeks before the big day to review all elements of the wedding.
  • Site visit: 3 - 6 weeks before the wedding to discuss set-up requirements. 
  • Final meeting: 2 weeks before the big day to finalize your custom Wedding Day Itinerary.


Rehearsal Direction

  • Direction of your ceremony rehearsal from start to finish; the perfect opportunity to meet your bridal party and family while guiding them through the ceremony plans.
